Yesterday, me & my mom made chocolate pudding. From scratch. We ground cocoa beans to a powder, added cornstarch, stirred in milk & heated. Then, we added honey & vanilla. I have mastered the art of stirring. Yes, it is a complexed skill, but I also sautee, so this wasn't new to me. Stirring is the most important part of making chocolate pudding. The only problem is that my mom eats all of the pudding the day it is made. And yes, in case you're wondering...my hair has gotten curlier.
Bpalm....think whipped cream and when the time is appropriate ask mom to advance you to lime or cherry flavored jello. Also...I'm very impressed with your left handed saute skills.
