My 4th Birthday & Other Fun Stuff

It was amazing! Every day for the past 3 months, I've asked my mom when it was coming & it finally came. So great, pinatas, birthday cake, friends, party hats, what else could I ask for. And thanks to all you who sent me wonderful gifts, I am really enjoying all my new stuff!
Otherwise, me & Forrest grew some amazing cucumbers. We thought that slugs were getting to the cukes, but then we caugt Forrest taking a nibble here... And I gave Forrest my old bike & I picked him out a matching helmet that says "I Love my Brain" on it. This was his first ride. He's a natural. More to come soon.

We Planted a Tree

We've been meaningto plant a plum tree for about 3 years now...and we finally did it. I did most of the digging & let dada hold the shovel afterwards so that he could pose for this picture. We also planted some strange red & white speckled beans that Forrest insisted on getting when we were at the nursery. Here we are all planting them. Forrest did most of the work. I plan to feed the entire family from our backyard this summer. You're welcome to come on by for a salad.

Soccer & Gardens

Me & Forrest have been pretty busy. I've been building & my dad helps out too. Beautiful stuff, I'll post the pixs another time. Now lets talk about soccer. I love soccer. I'm awesome & kick the ball really fast. I know how to also do soccer stops & take water breaks. Forrest cheers me on. I just got a pretty cool looking shorter haircut too. Me and my dad trimmed our hair together the other day. I helped him buzz his after my mom gave him a mohawk.

Forrest has been having fun lately. He's mostly been into gardening, likes to dig a lot & eat dirt. I think he's finally figured out that it doesn't taste good. And his other new favorite activity is eating spicy pickles. He loves "Bubbies" pickles. He's already eaten a whole jar in the last few days!

Feeling Better

As you may have heard, Forrest had a crappy week. After a night of partying & drinking too much milk one night, he got in a nasty mood & scared everyone. So I decided that gardening was a great way to liven things up a bit around here. We need to do some digging. This plant had mint in it. But by the time we were done, I'm not sure the mint is still in tact. But we had fun & that's all that matters. We love all our admirers out there and send everyone big hugs.

My Tomatoes

These are my tomatoes. Aren't they lovely! I grew them in the dirt. They're perfect! Every morning when I wake up, me & mom go outside to see if any tomatoes are ready for picking. You can only pick the red ones, but sometimes I pick the green ones & throw them as far as I can, that's pretty fun too. We load them up in a bowl & then I'm not sure what happens to them, but they are in the fridge if you wanna see them. Come pick some with me, it's fun. And if you look right behind me, there are my grapes, they're turning purple & are going to be delicious!

Watch Out, Here We Come!

I'm heading East with my mom on Sunday, so get ready...we plan on doing a lot of visiting & playing. I am getting the finishing touches done on my garden. Just planted some lettuce today so that when I get back, I can try some. I have strawberries planted too & they're doing great, just have to remind dad to water them while I'm gone. What's he gonna do without me for a whole week?!!
